2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on en.thegeniustrends.com and to the use of the website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
3. Products
We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration purposes, and minor differences in colour or appearance may occur. Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any amount already paid.
Our products are not medical devices unless explicitly stated. Information on this website does not replace the advice of a doctor or other healthcare professional.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs, if any, are clearly shown before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it.
5. Orders
To place an order, select your products, add them to your cart, enter your delivery and payment details, and confirm your order. Before confirming, you can review and correct your order. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we send you this confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or an existing dispute with the customer. In this case, any amount paid will be fully refunded.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and shipping costs are indicated on the website before you confirm your order. Delivery times are given as an indication. If your order has not arrived within the indicated time, please contact us at contact@thegeniustrends.com so we can check its status with the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email to contact@thegeniustrends.com). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. After receiving your request, we will send you the return address and instructions.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you, unless the product is defective or does not match its description. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method as the original order, unless agreed otherwise.

9. Legal guarantee
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the laws applicable to you. If a product is defective or does not match its description, please contact us at contact@thegeniustrends.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the applicable law.
10. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, strikes or carrier disruptions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits our liability in cases where it cannot be limited under applicable law, in particular for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
11. Personal data
We process your personal data only to handle your order, deliver your products and provide customer service, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of GENIUS LIVING LIMITED or used with permission. It may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent.
13. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force on the date you placed it.
14. Governing law
Your order is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
15. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at contact@thegeniustrends.com. We will do our best to find a solution with you. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
